OUR POLICIES & HOUSE RULES

Thank you for choosing Banana Leaf ATL Thai • Sushi • Bar. Our goal is to provide an exceptional dining experience for every guest. While walk-ins are welcome, reservations are strongly recommended and can be made by phone or through OpenTable on our website.

GUEST SEATING & RESERVATIONS

  • Please check in with our hostess upon arrival. Seating will begin once all guests in your party have arrived.
  • For reservations, please provide the name used when booking to avoid being marked as a no-show on OpenTable.
  • Reservation times are not guaranteed. Delays may occur if previous tables require additional time.
  • Guests may wait at the bar or outside the restaurant. Our hostess will notify you when your table is ready.

Late Arrival & No-Show Policy

Please arrive within 10 minutes of your reservation time. If you expect to be late or cannot attend, notify us as soon as possible. No call / no show reservations for large parties or special events will incur a $35 per person charge and may result in a No-Show status on OpenTable.

LARGE PARTY POLICY (8+ GUESTS)

Due to space limitations, large party accommodations are limited.

  • A credit card is required to secure reservations for parties of 8 or more and must be confirmed on the day of dining.
  • Party size increases are extremely limited, especially for reservations at 8:00 PM or earlier.
  • A minimum spend of $35 per guest (excluding tax and gratuity) applies to Tuesday through Thursday reservations. A minimum spend of $45 per guest (excluding tax and gratuity) applies to Friday and Saturday reservations.
  • Separate checks are allowed, limited to five (5) payment transactions per party.
  • 18% gratuity applies to all checks over $100.
  • 21% automatic gratuity will be added to parties of five (5) or more, including toddlers.

LAST SEATING & LAST CALL

  • Last seating is 30 minutes before closing time.
  • The kitchen and bar close 15 minutes before closing for dine-in service.
    This policy ensures quality service for all guests and our staff.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept cash, debit cards, credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. EMV chip is required for all card transactions. For questions, please contact info@bananaleafatl.com.

ADDITIONAL POLICIES

  • Outside Food & Beverages: No outside food or drinks are permitted on the premises.
  • Bar Seating: Guests under 21 years of age, including infants, may not sit at the bar. Alcohol is served only to guests 21+ with valid ID.
  • Responsible Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to intoxicated guests or anyone providing alcohol to minors.
  • Corkage Fee: $30 per bottle of wine brought in.
  • Pricing Notice: Menu prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest to maintain a safe and respectful environment.

DIETARY, ALLERGY & FOOD SAFETY NOTICES

  • Dietary & Allergy Notice: Please inform your server of any food allergies or dietary needs. Gluten-free and vegetarian options are available. Due to shared kitchen equipment, allergen cross-contact may occur.
  • MSG Notice: We do not add MSG to our dishes; however, some ingredients may naturally contain or be manufactured with MSG.
  • Food Safety Warning: Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase the risk of foodborne illness, especially for young children, seniors, pregnant women, or individuals with weakened immune systems.
