REFUND / RETURN POLICY

(Applies to Walk-In, Call-In, and Third-Party Delivery Orders Only)

At Banana Leaf ATL Thai • Sushi • Bar, we strive to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction. If you have questions regarding this policy, please contact the restaurant directly. For immediate assistance, we recommend calling the restaurant or contacting your third-party delivery provider.

Please note: Order preparation may begin immediately once an order is confirmed. Orders cannot be canceled after confirmation.

FOOD ORDER ERRORS

If you receive food that differs from your receipt, we sincerely apologize. Please notify us or your third-party delivery provider immediately upon discovery.

  • Guests may return to pick up the correct item.
  • Returned food must be in the original container(s) and given to the host.

Payment Adjustments:

  • Credit card payments: The incorrect item will be refunded, and the corrected item will be charged accordingly.
  • Cash payments: Any price difference will be collected or credited toward the replacement item.
  • In some cases, store credit may be issued at management’s discretion.

Replacement orders will be given priority preparation.

INCOMPLETE ORDERS

If an item listed on your receipt is missing, please notify us or your delivery provider immediately.

  • Missing items may be canceled before preparation and refunded to a credit card or issued as store credit.
  • No cash refunds are provided.

Courtesy Items: Disposable utensils, chopsticks, and similar items are provided upon request at no charge. If omitted, we will gladly address the issue; however, no refunds, discounts, or credits are issued for missing complimentary items.

FOOD DISSATISFACTION

Our food is prepared fresh to order using high-quality ingredients. Refunds or replacements are available only when food is incorrect, incomplete, or prepared in error. Refunds are not issued for food that is disliked due to personal preference.

SPICE LEVEL POLICY

Spice levels (Mild, Medium, Hot, Thai Hot) are subjective and vary by individual.

  • Refunds or discounts are not available for spice preference.
  • We are happy to provide ground chili, chili sauce, or Sriracha upon request (additional charge starting at $0.50+).

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Once food preparation has begun, we cannot cancel, refund, or issue store credit for orders placed in error or changed preferences.

No refunds or credits are issued for non-food items or beverages.

THIRD-PARTY DELIVERY ISSUES

Delivery partners may cancel orders if they are unable to locate or contact the customer.

  • Please keep your phone available when expecting delivery.
  • If reasonable delivery attempts were made, refund eligibility may be determined by the delivery provider, not the restaurant.

COMPLIMENTARY ITEMS

Complimentary food or items have no cash value and are not refundable.

GENERAL TERMS

  • If 25% or more of the food has been consumed, discarded, repackaged, or tampered with, no refund, discount, or store credit will be issued.
  • Only one replacement order will be prepared per issue. No third replacement will be made.
  • The restaurant reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who abuses this policy.

Please note that food quality (temperature, sauce consistency, texture) may vary slightly after packaging for takeout or delivery.
